A little about me

I’m Katharine Stewart, a Chinese Medicine practitioner, acupuncturist and educator.

I’m on a mission to share all my insider’s secrets to healing and health that I’ve learned over the past 32 years, both as a professional, and in my own health journey.  

 

I believe that our health is our responsibility to nurture and take care of. Healing is truly an inside job. 

Maybe not so easy,maybe uncomfortable at times- change can be, but it can be fun. I’m serious!
