Focus is key!



We all tend to get stuck focusing on all

that we don’t want.


It’s like a loop that keeps repeating itself.


Replicating itself.


It is not easy to pivot sometimes.





If I don’t want anxiety, then what do I want?


I want peace. I want calm. I want ease.


Those are the emotions and feelings we do want…now, there‘s the key.


Yes, feel your feelings.

Yes, acknowledge the feelings and challenges-emotional or physical or even in your lif—

you don’t want want.


Then…refocus. Reframe.


It’s a habit we can change, little by little…


I want peace and calm and ease myself!

But if I hadn’t had horrible anxiety, I might not even know I wanted peace and calm.


We can do it.

Change our focus, change our lives.
